Policies:
Short Term Reservations
Reservations for 2 nights or longer are accepted. Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day
weekends have a 3 night minimum stay.
Deposits and Payments
Payment is due in full upon booking for all summer reservations.
Payments may be made by credit card, PayPal, money order or
check.
Damage Deposit
A $500 credit card authorization is due prior to booking. Using
a Debit Card is not recommended, as the authorization will actually
draw funds out of the checking account.
Date Changes
Requests for date changes to any confirmed reservation will be
subject to availability. Rates would be adjusted for the new
dates.
Cancellation
A three-week notice is required if you must cancel your reservation,
including reduction to your length of stay. If you cancel after
that date, you will receive a refund of your deposit only if
the room can be re-rented. All refunds are subject to an administrative
fee of $50.
Arrival/Departure
Check in time is 4pm or later. Request for early arrivals are accepted
when possible but never guaranteed. You may arrive or depart
on any day of the week, subject to availability.
Check out time is 11am or earlier. If time permits late checkouts
may be possible for an extra fee. Unauthorized use of a unit
after 11am will result in a charge of $75 per hour.
Smoking
All indoor areas of Springfield Cabin are non-smoking.
Pets
Your well-trained pet is welcome at Springfield Cabin.
There is a $90 surcharge per pet per stay for guests who would
like to bring their pet.
Maid Service
We do not provide daily maid service, however, we do employ
housekeepers to set up the unit for your arrival and clean after
your departure. You can arrange for daily housekeeping at an
extra charge (approximately $30 per hour). We also stock supplies
like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, bar soap, etc.,
but you will need to bring your own laundry soap. Dishware and
cookware are also provided.
